Magnetic Base Drill 60mm 16000N

The magnetic base drill is fitted on a strong dual-coil magnet with a maximum core drill capacity of 60mm.  The speed is adjustable electronically between 100-400 rpm.

Getting the best out of a Magnetic Base Drill

• Always wear proper safety PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Ensure the machine is switched off and unplugged from the power supply when changing or adjusting the cutting bits
• During machine operation the cutter and drill bits must be lubricated and cooled with a suitable cutting fluid
• Ensure the surface where the machine will be placed on its level, rust free and clean of any varnish or paint
• Do not try and use the Magnetic Drill on a non-magnetic surface
• Do not use the Magnetic Drill on a structure where welding is in progress as it could cause damage to the machine
• Always use core drill bits with a pilot pin
