Zwaluw Woodflex hard is a high quality filler based on acrylic dispersion for wooden flooring

After application the product cures to a solid plasto-elastic rubber due to the evaporation of water from the sealant

Benefits:

• Water based formulation (Environment-friendly)
• Fast curing
• Sandable after curing
• Paintable with water based and synthetic paints
• Packed in transparent cartridges:  Color and quantity of product visible

Limitations:

• Not suitable for continuous exposure to water
• Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates

Applications:

• Zwaluw Woodflex Hard was specifically developed for filling cracks and dents in parquet, cork, laminate and wooden flooring
• Zwaluw Woodflex Hard is a fast curing product with excellent adhesion

Directions OF Use:

• A joint with the correct dimensions is able to absorb movements between building materials
• The joint depth should always be in the correct relationship if the joint width

Surface Preparations and Finishing

• Application temperature: +5 to +40 Degree Celsius
• All substrates must be solid, clean, dry, and free of grease and dust
• Substrates to be cleared of all loose particles
• Absorbent substrates are not required to be fully dry
• Always test adhesion prior to application
• Finish and smooth with water

Paintability

• Zwaluw Woodflex Hard is paintable when fully dry
• During curing product will show shrinkage, which can cause cracking of the paint
• Paintable with water based and synthetic paints
• Painting with highly water based paints can create cracking
• Test compatibility with paint prior to application

Zwaluw Woodflex Hard are available in cartridges of 300ml

Zwaluw Woodflex Hard are sold in single units or box quantities of 12 pieces
