Zwaluw Gluescrew SBR

Zwaluw Gluescrews is a fast curing construction adhesive based on  SBR rubber for interior use which cures by evaporation of solvents to a strong and durable bond

Benefits:

• Versatile fast curing contact adhesive
• Free of toluene
• Suitable for EPS and XPS
• Suitable for porous and non-porous substrates
• Adheres to most building materials

Limitations:

• Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates

Applications:

• Zwaluw Gluescrews was developed for bonding of skirting boards, panels, chipboard, uPVC, all kinds of wood, metal and ceramic on masonry, concrete and stone

Directions Of Use:

• Apply the adhesive vertically
• The material must be put into place by shoving and pushing firmly
• For faster bonding, bond both parts together and take them apart again
• Let dry for 5 minutes and close the connection
• It may be necessary to support the connection for up to 24 hours
• For the best results at least one the two surfaces must be porous
• Do not apply in dots

Surface Preparations and Finishing:

• Application temperature: +5 to +30 Degree Celsius (applies to environment and substrates)
• All substrates must be solid, clean, dry. and free of grease and dust
• Zwaluw Gluescrews adheres perfectly without the use of primer to most non porous substrates
• Porous substrates to be pre-treated with Zwaluw Universal Primer
• Always test adhesion prior to application

Zwaluw Gluescrews are available in cartridges of 310ml

Zwaluw Gluescrews are sold in single units or box quantities of 12 pieces
