Zwaluw Fix-O-Chem (Styrene Free)

Zwaluw Fix-O-Chem is a two-component chemical anchoring system based on styrene free polyester resins for very fast anchoring with high firmness, hardening through chemical process

Limitations:

Applications:

• Zwaluw FIX-O-Chem was specifically developed for heavy-duty chemical anchoring of threaded rods, bolts and screws into both solid based as well as hollow substrates as concrete, aerated concrete, lightweight concrete, masonry and stone used in in- and outdoor applications, vertically and horizontally.
• Zwaluw FIX-O-Chem can be used throughout the entire recommended period of use simply by replacing the application nozzle and securely closing the cartridge

Directions Of Use:

• Drill the opening of prescribed dimensions for thread to use
• The opening must be cleaned thoroughly with a round brush
• Purge with pump
• Apply homogenously mixed liquid anchor
• Do not use the first 10cm of material after extrusion
• Fill the opening with 1/3 to 1/2 of the consistently mixed liquid anchor
• Place the rod or bolt by pushing and turning clockwise (same as thread)
• Wait until material is fully cured before fastening anchoring items

Surface Preparations and Finishing:

• Before using the Zwaluw Fix-O-Chem (SF) refer to the Health & Safety Sheet
• Surfaces must be dry, clean and solid
• Always test adhesion prior to application

Zwaluw Fix-O-Chem are available in cartridges of 280ml

Zwaluw Fix-O-Chem are sold in single units or box quantities of 12 pieces
